Black Forest Panini ~ Ham layered with Brie cheese, Italian parsley, thinly sliced apples and dried cranberries, served hot from our Panini machine
Garden Fettucini ~ Carnegie garden fresh produce, sautéed in olive oil, tossed with garlic, and fresh herbs, served with parmesan and grilled bread (hot pepper flakes optional)
Vegetarian~Balsamic roasted portobello served on a hoagie bun with onions, lettuce, tomato and a spicy mayo
Smoked Beef Brisket~With swiss, saurkraut, and 1000 islands dressing
Italian~Genoa salami with lettuce, roasted bell peppers, artichoke and olive tapenade on a hoagie
Po Boy~Seafood of the day seasoned with Cajun spices served on a hoagie with lettuce, tomato, and garlic fresh dill remoulade
